For the past 7 years, since Joanna has been with Showcase of Homes, Realtors, she has far exceeded the expectations of her office with regard to home sales in Burlington and the surrounding towns. Back in 2008, when the market was very slow and homes sales were down at least 20%, Joanna sold all of the homes that she was hired to sell:  She sold 22 homes in 2007, 28 homes in 2008 and 26 homes in 2009 and 25 homes in 2010, 25 transactions in 2011, and 34 transactions in 2012.  Joanna has served neighboring towns including Woburn, Stoneham, Wilmington, Billerica, Medford, Bedford, Lexington as well as other towns.   Needless to say, her clients were very happy…..  In 2005-2006, Joanna received the "Top Producer Award” for all of Massachusetts and New England for her previous company. In  2008-2010 she has been the Top Producing Realtor in her office as well as in her town.  In 2012, she was the Number One Realtor for quiet a few months in the town of Burlington, MA.  Also, in 2012, Joanna completed her CRS Course and was awarded the distinguished Certified Residential Specialist Designation.  CRS is a  very prestigious award that is given to only 4% of the Realtors in the country.
